I’m sure many of you know that our body and brain react strongly to smells. But let me say just this: Our body is designed to recognize 10,000 unique smells, and one in every fifty genes of ours is dedicated to smells. Moreover, our brains store smells deep in our long-term memories next to our deepest emotions.
So, basically, smells and scents are much more interwind with our lives than they seem. What’s really funny is that we associate different feelings with various emotions and memories, making me wonder: What is each person’s unique smell like? What’s the odor that can describe my mom, my partner, my high school bestie, or even myself?
I have created this personality quiz based on scents and their meanings with one goal in mind: Identifying the type of smell you resemble.
