This quiz is going to reveal what mental illness you may have based on 20 symptoms. Just answer 20 simple questions to get 100% honest results.

What’s the Mental Illness Quiz?

A 20-question self-report test, the mental illness quiz, is an online screening tool to assess your mental health. It analyzes the red flags to identify what condition(s) you might be experiencing.

How Does It Work?

The quiz works based on the twenty common signs of mental health conditions. Your responses uncover the symptoms and help diagnose the corresponding illness.

If you think your symptoms are non-concerning and it’s just how your brain works, try the Neurodivergent Test instead. It determines whether your mental function is atypical.

What Mental Illness You Might Have?

Statistically speaking, if you’re living in America, you are 19.86% likely to have an anxiety disorder, such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Panic Disorder, PTSD, or Social Anxiety Disorder. And it’s 4.91% expected that your condition is severe.

53 million American adults are currently dealing with some mental health condition (source). And for 40 million of them—roughly 80%—it’s a stress disorder.

Disorder Probability
Mood 21.4%
Anxiety 19.1%
Dementia 10.7%
Eating 9%
OCD 2.3%
Psychotic 0.64%

What Are the Red Flags of Severe Mental Conditions?

Any sudden unexplainable change in mood, sleep pattern, diet, or sensory functions (e.g., hearing, speaking, seeing) could be a warning sign of a severe mental illness.

You must keep an eye on four primary red flags:

·        Extreme Mood Swings.

One of the most common mental health problems, Bipolar Personality Disorder, disguises as moodiness.

If you experience unexpected rushes of ecstasy or despair for more than two weeks, you must see a doctor.

·        Excessive Anxiety.

The anxiousness that disables your daily functions is a significant red flag.

If you’re unsure, take the Anxiety Test. It exposes the severity of your nervousness.

·        Uncontrollable Anger.

Unpredictable bursts of anger, simply anger issues, are among the primary symptoms of mental disorders.

·        Delusions or Hallucinations.

Paranoia or seeing things are signs of psychotic disorders. They might be as subtle as derealization or as severe as schizophrenia.

What Are the Most Common Mental Illnesses in the US?

The US’s top five mental health conditions are anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, and dementia, affecting 19.86% (roughly 50,000,000) Americans.

Can Online Screening Reveal a Psychological Condition?

Yes. While online screening cannot replace the clinical diagnosis, it assesses your mental health. With a genuine test, you are able to narrow down the possibilities, discovering the type of disorder you have based on symptoms.
